Maria Vittoria is a young designer born in 2001 in Bologna, where, after earning a scientific diploma, she pursued a degree in Industrial Product Design. In 2018, she spent six months in Australia, improving her English and embracing diverse values, cultures, and ideas that she has integrated into her approach.

In the design process, ideation plays a key role, and she works to translate ideas into clear and well-defined concepts, organizing and planning the team’s work to bring them to fruition. Alongside her theoretical knowledge, she has developed a strong interest in the practical aspect of projects and their real-world application. This led her to intern at Francesca Romana Vanti Gioielli, a goldsmith’s workshop where she learned the fundamentals of classical jewelry design, both practical and theoretical.

Recently, Maria Vittoria has also explored various materials in her research and product development, working with aluminum, red mud, and cement, expanding her skills in material experimentation and innovative product creation. For this reason, she has developed a keen interest in material experimentation and interdisciplinary research, which has inspired her to pursue a master's degree in Design for Emergent Future at IAAC in Barcelona.
